I highly recommend Welmate Simethicone softgels
My family and I have been using Welmate Simethicone gas relief softgels for a few years now. It seems like as soon as you take one gelcap, minutes later the problem is gone. I appreciate the fact that there are 365 softgels in one bottle, so one purchase lasts for almost a whole year. The price is super cheap for something of this quality, as well, in my opinion.
