Very Bad episode with this order

Vendor shipping was not completed. Nor did the Vendor contact me even thoug Wm Customenr service sent me acopy of WM contacting them. I have ordered and received this product im the came order qty Three times previously, I am reluctant to place a new order and WM cannot find another competent vendor. Let me know your suggestion.
