The Koch Systems CS 6.3 stainless steel pressure cooker 3-in-1 exceeds all my expectations in almost every area. This is a high quality multi-functional high-speed pressure cooker. It can be used as a standard steamer pot when used with the included glass lid. I especially like the one-press, one-handed, locking lid design. The triple-layer composite base and 18/10 food-grade, stainless steel reinforced, induction-compatible base provides even heat distribution. The 8-point safety protection system is outstanding. I find myself using this pressure cooker daily. It drastically cuts down my hours spent in the kitchen. For example, my homemade beef stew recipe typically takes 1.5 hours in a regular pot. That homemade beef stew recipe's cooking time has reduced down to 30 minutes with the Koch pressure cooker. In the past, I've simmered homemade broth all day. Homemade broth takes 30 minutes in this pressure cooker. I have converted most of my long-cooking-time required recipes to this pressure cooker. My one caveat is that the pressure cooker's maximum filling safety threshold should be strictly followed. Although this pressure cooker makes less, it is so easy for me to divide my recipes in half and cook a couple of batches.

I am incredibly impressed with this stovetop pressure cooker. It looks absolutely awesome in the kitchen and has proven to be an amazing upgrade over my older cooking gear.
