I like the convenience of having the ability to mix up a glass juice. It smells earthy like beet juice does however there is no earthy taste like fresh beet juice. I’m on my second container so I can say it’s doesn’t irritate my GERD, I have a lot of energy when I drink this, digestion is easy.. no bad reaction, there’s no swallowing issue because I like to dilute the taste with an apple smoothie and the ingredients are great! Buy this if you have heart problems!!!!!!
