it came damaged from shipping. started a return, both companies said it wasn't their problem. finally got someone talking and been waiting on return label to send it back. they kept making excuses on why I wasn't getting a label. now they won't answer. I've been 6 weeks trying to return a fridge that's messed up and not my fault. better business bureau is my next step. don't trust rv trader for their products.

Very disappointed with Walmart Customer Service

This was delivered damaged and doesn't work. We bought this through Walmart. They sold it to us through a sub vender RV Depot. There is no way to get in touch with RV Depot it goes straight to a recorded message. It we've tried RV Depots online message system but it doesn't go through. We've contacted Walmart asked for a refund. We chatted and talked numerous times with Walmart they keep Saying wait for Rv Depot to respond. No contact other than send pictures, which we did. Very unhappy customer. I want my money back!

One-Star Review: If I could give this zero stars, I would. I ordered an RV refrigerator and received a damaged, non-operable unit that was rusted and clearly defective. The seller expected me to be fine with it, offering no real resolution. This product was blatantly misrepresented. Completely unacceptable. Beware — the seller cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs.
