Great seasoned powered roux

This seasoned powdered roux is really good. Very easy to make a gumbo. In fact I make mine in a crock pot, comes out really good. I do add onions, bell peppers, green onions, garlic. I normally make it with chicken, smoked sausage and I also add shrimp to it. Yummy!
