PRO- I am not a fan of any medications but my Insomnia is severe and clinical due to underlying health issues. I take 2 of these at bedtime and within 15-30 minutes I am asleep. CON- Unlike stronger sleep aids (prescription) the downside of the holistic remedy is I can fall asleep quickly BUT quite often I awaken after 2 or 3 hours and bwgin my toss and turn cycles. I still would recommend these, because those who struggle with sleep disturbances know, ANY sleep, even short, is better than none.
