I appreciate the value of this storage container. It can store up to 25 pounds bags of a basmati rice that I purchased. The button to release the rice is very practical, but at times I do notice that a couple of grains do fallout and you might and you will need to make sure that it's properly closed on the underneath. I don't have any pest in my apartment so I can't tell you how effective it is to prevent those unwanted guest. I appreciate the window that allows you to see the level of rice remaining.

Definitely does what it's supposed to do. I had 22lbs of rice and it's holding it with a bit more room to spare. 1, maybe 2 more lbs. it's a little steep in price and I wish it was a tad bit harder plastic but it does the job and looks good. An all black one would look better in my space but I guess beggars can't be choosers. Definitely a space saver in my tiny kitchen. Hopefully it keeps the rice fresh, I'll come back if anything changes.
