Great for self or business

I'm going to test how well it does with freezer storage next week but I really love how I can see whether I need to pitch it or not by day 4. Next week I'm going to try storing half of the loaf in that bag in the freezer to be ready for use on Wednesday-Friday. It's great for rectangle loaves. I only have to slice it up with round loaves. It's in a form that is easy to store.
