Damaged goods - Satisfactory outcome

I ordered 20 cans of Dennison's Chilli con carne which had to be shipped to me from a distant place, Pkg arrived on time. I opened box and was surprised and dismayed at what I saw. Taking each can from the box I noted that many were dented! First off, I was short 1 can! Of the 19 cans I received only 5 were not dented! They had been improperly packed, - some laying on their sides, with other cans standing up. I contacted my local Walmart store. After being transferred several times I finally reached the right department. I was given full refund, plus replacement of the 1 missing can. Then they are shipping me another 20 cans at a discounted price. I did not expect such exceptional service, and am happy with the outcome!
