I've gone through countless gels over the years (Hammer, Clif, Gu, etc) and these are the only ones for me anymore. The honey flavor is a classic and my go-to gel. The honey base doesn't have that weird gel taste that other gels have. It tastes like honey, it's easy to swallow (even without gulping down water simultaneously), it doesn't get stuck in my throat and my body doesn't have trouble absorbing it quickly. A win everywhere!

I love these specifically in the morning because of the caffeine boost they give me. I'll have one between interval sets are just as an extra boost if I have a super early morning ride. The honey base doesn't have that weird gel taste that other gels have.
