No jitters, all natural and works!
Great for appetite control without the jitters and all natural ingredients! The way I use them- I'm not a breakfast gal, but I do do my bulletproof coffee in the morning and take one of these then. Next a light healthy lunch a few hours later and another pill around noon. Then a healthy dinner around 6! Lost 5 pounds in about three weeks and feel great! ??
