The product was shipped before the due date. The box came damaged through handling. However, the product was well protected. The product is awesome. I used it this past week and it did wonders. It far exceeds the potential. We processed a hog and yielded 150 lbs of meat. The stuffer had no problem doing the job. All the assesories was not in the box.(the cleaning brush) Other wise great product.

The machine arrived with a faulty plunger disc that causes the product to leak and loss of about 20% to wastage. The seller/manufacturer acknowledges the defect but refuses to honor the warranty. They also claim that they have no replacement parts. Instead they offer a $20 refund it would cost at-least $135 to buy a replacement part from another company. What a scam this company is. Apparently they are another outfit that buys unbranded products and simply put their sticker on as if they manufactured or owned the process.
