This product contains a natural vegetable ingredient and provides a convenient tablet form with no mixing and no mess. Perdiem generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours when taken preferably before bedtime or as directed by a doctor. Tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water and should not be crushed, broken, or chewed. Each package contains 60 tablets. Distributed by Haleon, Warren, NJ 07059. Made in India.
