Love this thing! I use it to keeps food hot without a microwave. I had this out in the freezing cold for hours and the food wasn't cold. Be sure to follow the prep instructions though, you have to prewarm the thermos first and make sure your food is hot before you put it in the thermos. I only took off a star because Walmart didn't have the color I wanted lol
