Crisp and yummy lemon - good texture

These lemon cookies have a yummy, sweet, lemony flavor, are about 2.5" across and are deliciously crispy. They aren't very puffy or tall (maybe 1/4") and are not "soft" cookies. They have a nice crunch when you bite them. The lemon taste is excellent. We are big fans of lemon flavored treats in our family, and often buy gluten free items. These have a very good texture, especially for gluten free, and they aren't very crumbly. The packaging keeps them fully intact! These tasty cookies are one of our faves.
