I have been using this for a year now. I found it as a supplement to fighting flares naturally. I had 3 severe attacks back to back that lasted 15 to 20 days. I was using a wheelchair just to move around the house. I had no insurance and I was desperate. within a few days the current flare went away. the next one was back down to a 5 day flare and it was light. since starting this formula, I haven't had a major flare. I finally got insurance and found out my Uric levil was at 11. we should be below 6. I believe this has helped with the uric elimination..
