We have ordered these many times before from other companies so decided to try you as I used to buy them at the local Walmart and they discontinued the big bags. When the first one arrived, it had not been packed well at all and the outside mailing box was split open and there were mints all over my driveway!! I called and someone said they would send out a new order at no charge.....I did receive that order and it was in much better shape. The box was not totally taped shut, but it did not split open to "dump" a good share of candy out. We love the mints and have bought them for years...will continue to buy them now online as your price was very good! And I was especially pleased with the service I received when I reported my problem. Thanks again for all your help!
