Versatile and Tasty!

Rice cakes usually make me think of styrofoam, but these are delicious! Served with tomato soup, topped with cottage cheese (my favourite), or fancified with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Great flavour trumps styrofoam texture.

Love these cakes!

They are not sweet, tomato taste added. I love them, but my son refused to even try. I eat them when I crave something crunchy, rice is whole grain, so no guilt, they are healthy. Will be ordering to keep in the pantry.
