Since liquid probiotics ansorb much better taken with juice on an empty stomach, I pour 1 capful into a 12 oz bottle of Gatorade for extra electrolytes. I felt instant gut relief the first time I tried it, my sugar cravings are dramatically reduced. I sleep better, and have fewer digestive issues.

Outstanding Probiotic

Wife and I have been using SCD Essential Probiotics for over five years with exceptional results. Following gall bladder removal my wife developed horrific digestive problems and tried various medications that did not offer relief. A biology professor recommended SCD to me and I bought it and both my wife and I started using it daily. It immediately gave my wife great relief to her conditions following gall bladder removal. It really helps you overall in addition to your digestive system.

Mix with juice, straight it's like iodine

Wife and I have been on it since day one of it showing up. I've noticed a much better overall feeling of gut health. I deal with gastrointestinal issues caused by anxiety and this has helped tremendously. Wife isn't a fan of the taste but like everything in life the good things for you usually don't taste good. Combining this in the evening before bed and I take a daily shot of fire cider in the afternoon I've had zero constipation and Noticed a huge change of heart burn frequency. Looking forward to seeing how this does with some long time use. I've taken other probiotics in the refrigerator isle and always had bloating; this does not cause it. Glad I listened to In search of soil with you cause I would have never found this product, I've recommended this to many people
