Milk of bismuth (which most ppl know bc of Pepto Bismol) is recommended for alkalizing the tummy and neutralizing the microbiome. It's something to alternate with Milk of Magnesia. Kaopectate changed its formula to milk of bismuth and it's far superior to Pepto Bismol. Vanilla flavor is amazing.
