Reduces dryness and adds smooth hydration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the cold seasons my face gets so dry and flakey and all red. I love this cream. It’s so light weight, it drys quickly and make my skin feel hydrated. Not so tight. The oatmeal really helps the redness as well.
