The slight lemon flavor with the greens makes it palatable if you are mixing with water - a spoon or two of organic honey helps. But mixed in a smoothee with your favorite fruit and protein you won't even know it's there. The health benefits however are undeniable, even only a week or two after beginning use. Certainly much healthier, and more effective than any food based multivitamins I've tried. Good luck

I drank Super Greens Energy years ago and am pleased to find that it hasn't changed - at least not that I can tell. So many greens drinks have a strong artificial flavor. Not this one. It's mild and refreshing. A great jump start to my day!

Best green drink to use when you need quick veggies and vitamins with fiber in your system and don’t eat enough veggies. I don’t eat much veggies except salads and not enough. So I love using this as a quick supplement. You can mix one scoop with water and Use fork to mix mix mix and drink. But I mix mine with crushed ice with half water and half apple juice and it is sooo soo good. Of course not the healthiest but it’s a treat for me. And I love it and helps me go regular on the bathroom. You can also mix to yogurt or apple sauce or whatever even to foods to get in your veggies. Highly recommend.
