Easy Home Preparation. Heat water, milk and margarine* according to the chart on package in a saucepan to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Idahoan REAL Premium. Let stand one minute. Mix with fork and serve. * Butter may be substituted for margarine. Easy Foodservice Preparation. Measure hot or boiling water according to the chart on package into a serving container. Add Idahoan REAL Premium, wet all the potatoes and let stand for one minute. Stir well and serve. * Butter may be substituted for margarine.

The Idahoan PREMIUM are great and I actually got them this time. Last time I ordered them, I got the Idahoan Buttery. They were in a similarly colored box, so it was an easily understood mistake that could be just as easily avoided by using your eyes. The Buttery tastes more like cardboard, like most instant these days. I picked up the Premium on a whim at Costco one time and they are sooo much better, more like they all used to be. They are about $9 less expensive at Costco, though.
