The taste and texture are very good. The survey asks me to evaluate cream cheese. I paired it with Philadelphia brand jalapeño cream cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. Chive and onion also goes well. To put plain cream cheese on this bagel would be a sin. These are Great toasted or un toasted. They are less than a dollar a bagel. Good price.
