I got this beauty mask for my birthday. I have used it since a few times. Each time I take 25 minutes to myself, put some quiet music, wear the mask and enjoy a high end light therapy session. First off, I see noticeable results in younger, healthier skin. Secondly, I love the feeling of spa at home. I highly recommend.
