I won't

This tape is used to stretch watercolor paper to the board. But the tape was perhaps too old because it didn't have enough gum on it resulting in my arches paper buckling in several places. The tape didn't hold fast enough on all sides. I had made sure the water was not too much on my paper; had moistened the gummed side just enough to not wash away the gum...but no success...
