This was a gift to me as sometimes I take my lunch on the go but there are no place to heat it up. I did not even know this lunch box existed until it was given to me as a gift. Here is what I like and dislike about it: Likes: - Well-made: the box, bag and parts all feel well-made and sturdy. So far, its holding pretty well - Insulation: The bag is well insulated which makes the heated food stay nice and hot - Timer: The timer feature is the game changer. I can take my food, which could be prepared the night before and it's cold from the fridge, and schedule the time I want it to be hot and the box would start heating the food to the desired temperature a bout 2 hours before I am ready to eat it. Best part, it keeps the food warm when it reaches the desired temperature. Dislikes: - Small compartment: Since this was a gift, I am not complaining. This is meant for one person.
