Malfunction pump

I like the product itself, but pump only worked a few times. That's what I was afraid would happen. I had another brand and same thing happened. I wish they would use squeeze tubes or just plain bottles instead of pumps. They always malfunction. I am not sending a picture because it does not look different, pump will just not work.
