I have been buying this Neosporin with gold in the box for years. Its expensive but so worth it. I always have one on hand. The Neosporin is like magic for healing open sores, rashes, burns or insect bites etc. Very powerful ointment. This one with pain relief knocks out or completely numbs pain or discomfort. This is why i always buy this one. It is a very powerful little tube of healing and aids in scar removal and does several things at once. Its expensive but it lasts for months. Use only a little.Do yourself a favor. Buy it.
