If you follow the instructions exactly, there is really nothing better to remove pet odors and stains. It is really expensive and sometimes I don't think it's worth the money, but it depends on what you're trying to clean and not need to replace. I have noticed that it slightly lightened some areas of my hardwood floors, but I think it's because I have very old floors and that is a layer of old dirt that it's removing.
