One uses steam to sanitize the nuts, while the other uses the chemical propylene oxide, aka PPO, which is considered a possible carcinogen. Most conventional almond growers pasteurize their almonds using PPO. It's Delish raw almonds are proudly steam treated and not PPO treated. Stock up to have these when you need them. I always eat 17 almonds per day for health reasons. These almonds are a good quality almond, taste great, and are cheaper than anywhere else I can find them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Healthy & Good to Boot!
I was astonished at the great price of these amazing raw almonds. I roasted half the bag and salted them with Himalayan Pink Salt for my husband. These are certainly going to be a recurring purchase. Thanks, Its Delish!
