I live in the mountains and the elements really put this product to the test. Wind, hard rain, and hot sun exposure all repelled by product. Next test is snow and hail. I weighed the canopy down with 6 sand/water weights with Velcro tightening and zipper open/close. Sits on asphalt and doesn't move. Great warranty.

Easy to put up, sturdy, got 2 to put together to make it 5 leg for snow load. Had to get three more parts from another source. Also got wall kit with 2 end walls with zippers. Can roll all 4 walls up with 2 people easy. All said with walls down, looping bungies twice, it is very solid. By getting 2 you get an extra top for later, all cheaper than buying parts separate. Buying them through Walmart was allot cheaper, sent to doorstep for free. I wish I could have got wall kit, and extra parts through Walmart. It works well for me as a patio cover. High sides, high center, with walls great privacy with 1, 2, 3, or all walls down.
