Plugra Premium European Style Unsalted Butter, 8 oz Solid

Research shows Plugra is one of the top butters used by professional Baker's today. With a little over 80⁸% butterfat it is recommended that one should use it sparingly if watching weight. Yeah right! It's only a suggestion. Happy cooking.

I like this butter. It's not so hard that you struggle scraping off some butter straight out of the fridge. Since it's unsalted, I'd probably use it for cooking more than I would on toast, bagels, etc just due to the flavor profile, but I wouldn't complain if it were on toast; it still tastes good. I appreciate that even though it's not sized like a traditional stick of butter, the wrapper still has sizing marks to make it easy to cook with.
