I really love this product, I have used it multiple times on many different flavors of jam and it always sets up perfectly. I have used other brands when I could not find this one. I've used the liquid in another brand also. I have had issues with it setting up correctly every time I use a different brand. Comon problem with everything I order or purchase

There are no directions in sure jell or anything to do with canning. Directions on how to make jam or jelly are not included in the box. It used to be that everything came with directions. Then everything was printed in several languages, now you can't find directions anywhere except digging on your computer. It is disgusting what has happened to our merchandise to save the manufacturer a nickel and lose a customer because of no directions. I will not buy anything again without opening the box and see if directions are included
