What a tool!

I like it very much, it's amazing at cutting foam. However, this is not the one I received. The one I received does not have the U-shaped knife, but a long knife and a short knife. This is disappointing because I need the U-shaped knife. Otherwise, it is fabulous. Heats up very quickly and is very effective!
