Easy source of protein

I love the new Premier Protein whey plus fiber powder. It's super easy to mix up and provides 25 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber at just 140 calories. I enjoy the chocolate flavor, tastes great with both Mike and water. I really like that it has the added fiber to support gut health.

Definitely a good experience

I really liked this whey protein, especially because it has added fiber, which helps my digestion and makes my gut work better. The highlight for me is definitely the taste — most whey proteins I've tried here are way too sweet, but this one has a good flavor and is not overly sweet. I also tested it in some recipes, besides drinking it with water and milk, and it worked really well in all of them (pancakes and mixed with mashed banana).
