bettergoods Spanish Style Rice, White Meat Chicken and Chorizo Skillet Meal, 22 oz (Frozen)

I don't typically review products, but this was delicious. It satisfied my "Mexican" craving without feeling like one of those cheap frozen Mexican dinners. We added cheese, but I think it would be just as good without. It was very filling and for only 260 calories a serving! You could add refried beans or a salad as a side if needed, but we split it between two people so we each had about 1 3/4 serving for under 500 calories (okay, the cheese adds some, but can you blame us?)! My only gripe is for almost $9, it could use a little bit more chicken. The chorizo is a nice addition and makes this feel like more than just a frozen dinner.

This meal is delicious! If you find it lacking in meat, do what I did and buy a package of chicken and perhaps some chicken sausage or another meat of your choosing (cook them up and then add them in) to bulk it up a bit and viola! A very hearty meal! Definitely buying more.
