Too Much Sugar, But The Best There Is

Granted, there's WAY too much sugar in this, more than is necessary, which is a problem with gluten-free foods in general, and now lactose-free too? I've had the B%26j lactose free, absolutely revolting, so I was very happily surprised when I tried this. Walmart needs to carry more varieties of this, the only other one has peanut butter, and I can't have that either! I think Walmart needs to step up its game and offer a better variety of products, more inclusive, and better quality, you've helped create a culture of people who live like wounded animals, perhaps the time has come for you to atone for some of your sins.

The size of these bars is a nice snack size. The flavor is awesome! The quality is consistent. To make an extra special treat follow my recipe or create your own… First, I toast some walnut pieces in the toaster oven and let cool. Then, I cut one bar up into a small bowl. I add both caramel %26 dark chocolate topping. Top with the nuts. Next, enjoy!!

These are absolutely delicious. I found myself eating one for breakfast the other day. They taste just like ice cream, but better. I don't get any weird mouth/allergic reactions from these like I do from many " frozen desserts" that use artificial ingredients that do not agree with me. They go down a little TOO easily, if you know what I mean!
