NOT minced with bones or so spicy i suffer. im here to compare the two popular brands. marketside %26 lloyds! %26 i will say that after YEARS of SUFFERING ON LLOYDS SPICES i am very happy to report back that MARKETSIDE IS THE NEW PULLED PORK STAPLE in my household. it is sweet, %26 you get good sized sandwiches out of it! i can't tell you just how happy i am that i can finally tell lloyds nasty bone %26 spice blend to kick the bucket for good! marketside pulled pork is my new favorite. NOT minced. NOT fatty anymore as they have improved! i got 2 small pieces of fat which were incredibly enjoyable! %26 gave my entire dish FLAVOR TOWN. i stabbed holes in the bag and microwaved this in a 1,000 watt microwave for 5 minutes to perfection. i then steamed newmans own brioche style buns for this %26 let me tell you!! GOODNESS. i paid for this item %26 ill do it again!!! Now, most importantly, •DONT. CHANGE. ANYTHING!!

Absolutely the BEST ready to eat, smoked, seasoned BBQ pork that I've had outside my favorite restaurant! since I can no longer go to restaurants AND there are no BBQ places within about 50 miles anyways? This has become my big treat to myself! It's also just me, most of the time, and this 1 package is EASILY enough for 3 meals! I make a BBQ sandwich, have it on its own OR, made some BBQ pork dumplings (Baozi) last week. I'm from the South, and my meal "on its own", I make (Real)cornbread, greens seasoned w ham, cheese grits, and sweet %26 savory cole slaw. Had a friend over last month, fixed all that plus some ham hocks %26 black-eyed peas %26 fried fish. She'd never had real southern Soul Food and her husband who is also housebound, says he'll hire me as his chef. 😂
