Fixed my instantaneous water heat w/ this product

I have a $1200 instantaneous water heat that was fairly new and a PVC portion of the feedwater pipe inside the unit broke in freezing temperatures. The part was not replaceable and I didn't want to throw away a brand new water heater. I used JB weld on the interior fitting and JB PipeWeld on the exterior, and it works great--no leaks. Going on 1 month now with no problems.

Tiny miracle, I used this to create a condensate catch pan under my air conditioner. I made the pan but needed a way to seal and permanently join the corners where the side meet up. This was simple to cut a small piece, kneed the material for a few seconds then press into the joint. After holding place for about 30 seconds it held strong. I let it sit over night and then tested water tightness, it worked flawlessly.
