Purchased this for my parties i have every year. I figured it would save me money from buying foil water and food pans. I am not ready to use it fully yet but wanted to see how easy it was set up and check out the material and quality. Overall, I am very satisfied. Everything came compact, packaged very well and organized. Although it did have an instruction sheet, I was able to put them together quickly on my own (handles, bottom piece, and racks.) The chafing dish set is very sturdy and made with quality materials. It is not heavy and very manageable to carry. An added bonus was that it came with 3 tongs and 6 silver containers to hold the sternos. I will be purchasing at least 3 more sets now that I was able to see how this one looks.

First let me say, they are very nice and I’m sure I will be very happy when used. However, I received them all packaged like they were brand new. Didn’t notice anything wrong until I was almost done putting them together. All parts seemed to have the blue plastic wrap except for the very last one and I noticed this has been used before and returned. Some of the plastic wrap on one stand was partially removed. Two handles were filthy and sticky and two handles are missing. And all of the small pans had no plastic wrap at all. Had already been removed. I’m glad I put it together now before waiting till thanksgiving. I’m very disappointed. Now I have to take it apart and return!!
