Extremely sharp knife upon delivery with a sharpener in the sheath, an added value to an already great product at a great price. I use it for sushi, salmon and just about anything else that I need the added leverage this long sharp knife provides. Great product!

I love this knife! The edge is super sharp, and stays sharp because of the sharpener in the sheath. The handle fits my hand perfectly and has a nice feel to it. Just make sure you wipe the blade when removing from the sheath like you would if you sharpened the knife yourself.
