a few flaws and worth it

For a Nordic Ware product, I expected this to hold up a bit better. It has a 4 star rating because it is still functional for what it's worth. The grilling side is easily scratched up from using it on a flat top surface (for which it was designed) and other surfaces. The griddle side has held up fine so far, but the entire thing has warped from only medium to med-high heat to cook burgers twice. Overall, I think it is a good product with just a few flaws and worth it if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a cast iron one....

Stuck pancakes

It is not "non-stick" I followed the instructions for preparation of the surface to the letter, yet my pancakes stuck to the surface. Complete failure. The surface heating is dependent upon your stove. If your electric stovetop does not have 4 evenly spaced heating elements, the griddle won't heat evenly. My stovetop (Fridgidare) has 5 unevenly spaced and different sized elements.

BAD QUALITY

This pan easily shed its non stick after 4 uses. We hand washed every time. Aside from that, it warped really badly making it uneven and not lay flat after the 4th use on the grill.
