I purchased both the regular and sugar free. I am a diabetic and the sugar free was very good in taste, but has many carbs. Most diabetics if not all should count carbs, so the product has a lot of added sugars, it's great to have a small piece of one cube. Be careful in how much you have. My husband loved the regular, very good taste.
