My kids ok with it
Taste is ok but not attractive to my kids and most importantly they still OK with it. I purchased plenty of multivitamins for my kids and I believe this penguin one is at the quite top quality level compared to other brands. All vitamins and minerals are in good combination and forms. It still too soon to comment about how it works but really worth to try it.

I've seen a difference
Our 10 yr old daughter has benefited greatly from adding these daily supplement to her routine. We have seen marked improvement in her attention and energy. I'll keep buying these.

Amazing
This vitamin is amazing. I have been using it with my son for over a year. He has an autoimmune condition and this has helped a ton with symptoms. I appreciate the focus on brain health vitamins such as the methyl folate etc.
