I have thick, wavy hair and have always wanted a plopping towel. When I received the towel I was surprised at how soft the material was. It feels very smooth comfortable. I immediately looked for instructions on how to use it but there is none included. I guess they assume people who buy it already know how to use it - but like I said, I've always wanted to try one so it was my first time using it. It definitely needs some instructions or at least helpful tips on how to use properly. I ended up looking up how to use it. I put it on and hung out for a bit watching TV. It's not thick at all so the water soaks up pretty quickly and gets the towel wet. I was worried my hair would still be wet in the morning. But I went ahead and slept in it anyway. To my surprise, my hair was dry and SO SMOOTH when I woke up. I love it! And will definitely use it often.

This product has been wonderful for my haircare. I have naturally curly hair and so it is not recommended to use regular towels on curly wet hair as it'll cause frizz. I had been just using tshirts to wrap my hair after it's washed, but that was getting a little inconvenient for me. This towel is the answer!!! It's smaller than a towel, but fits comfortably around my head. It's a similar material to tshirts so less frizz in my hair. This product is exactly what I needed for my hair.
