We substitute this 1:1 with flour to help with protein intake throughout the day. You cannot even taste a difference. We love this! We wouldn't choose for protein shakes or something you want flavor in though.

It's Raw Casein
The only ingredient is casein itself. It serves its purpose. Haven't had any issues. If you're unfamiliar with pure casein, it is chalky compared to casein with additives.
