disolves nicely in my coffee. haven't tried it in cold beverages, for cold I use carnation instant breakfast. but this has great taste, great value and is EBT approved ☺️

Wonderful creamy vanilla flavor

Equate Nutrition Powder is a creamy delicious way to get your daily serving of protein and 24 vitamins and minerals. It is gluten free and good for those that are lactose intolerant. Simple to mix, all that's needed is 3/4 cup of cold water and half cup of protein powder. It easily mixes together with no clumps. The creamy vanilla taste is wonderful, you'd never know you were drinking a healthy drink.

By knowing that it has all of the nutrients and protein that I need and tastes great and it is very satisfying.

I love the great taste of this vanilla protein powder with all of the nutrients that I that I need and I found it very easy to use by mixing with just scoop of this powder along side with a few ice cubes which it dissolved to the right consistency without any clumping.this nutrition mix tastes great without tasting artificial and so far I have not had any kind of stomach issues.I find this protein nutrition drink to be very satisfying by using it as a meal supplement and also knowing that it has all of necessary nutrients.
