I was skeptical about getting this protein mix for a meal replacement. not because of the brand I love Great value and equate and their other brands it's because I have tried name brands that upset my stomach so bad that I just couldn't use it anymore. this one does not upset my stomach in the least. I don't feel gassy or bloated after drinking it. I love that I can put it into a blender and add my frozen fruit or whatever flavorings I want to add to this and drink it. I use it for me not because of a meal replacement that's the purpose of it but I use it because I have a hard time eating more than one time a day so this helps me get extra vitamins and nutrients into my body.
