I have multiple cats and a dog. I replaced that flower shaped fountain (also great but plastic and the filter is hard to line up perfectly) with these fountains instead and I'm so much happier. The water reservoir lasts for multiple days, and the level is easy to see because the little thing lights up. The fountain can run the whole time, be motion activated or on a fifteen minute timer and they work well. I let it run the whole time. The setup was stupidly easy and it came with several replacement filters. I 100% recommend and will be adding a couple more to my house.
